1. Legal Age and Compliance

By placing an order, you certify that:

You are of legal age to purchase the items ordered (21 for handguns and certain shotguns/rifles depending on state law).
You are a law-abiding citizen and are not prohibited from legally possessing firearms or ammunition under federal or state law.
You are complying with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase and possession of firearms and accessories in your jurisdiction.

2. Firearm Purchases and FFL Transfers

All firearms are sold as-is and must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.

Citadel Guns does not ship firearms directly to individuals.
It is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate the transfer with their local dealer and ensure the dealer’s license is sent to info@citadelguns.com .
Orders will be canceled if a valid FFL is not received within 7 business days .

3. Payment Terms

We exclusively accept Zelle and Cryptocurrency .

Orders will not be processed until payment is fully confirmed and cleared.
Failure to complete payment within 24 hours of order placement may result in the order being canceled and the items being returned to our public inventory.
You agree that you are the authorized user of the account or wallet used for the transaction.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship from our hub at 4674 Aircenter Circle, Reno, NV 89502 .

We strive for fast processing, but shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.
Citadel Guns is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or weather.
Risk of loss and title for firearms pass to you upon delivery to your selected FFL dealer.

5. Returns and Cancellations

Firearms: Once a firearm is transferred to you by your FFL dealer, it is considered used and cannot be returned to us. Please inspect the firearm thoroughly before completing the transfer.
Restocking Fee: Orders canceled after they have been processed for shipment are subject to a 15% restocking fee .
Prohibited Items: If you order an item that is illegal in your state, the order will be canceled, and a restocking fee will apply.

6. Limitation of Liability

Citadel Guns shall not be liable for any accidental, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or misuse of any products sold on this website. Firearms are inherently dangerous; proper training and safety protocols are the sole responsibility of the owner.

7. Accuracy of Information

While we strive for 100% accuracy, Citadel Guns does not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on this site are error-free. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders and issue a full refund.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada . Any legal action or proceedings relating to your access to, or use of, this website shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Washoe County, Nevada.
